Hear from “the Goldsacks”? What for? They aren’t credible. After this, Forbes and Caridi aren’t either! They ought to apologize to the Democrats that they accused of “character assassination”. It turns out that the Dems were right. I’ve seen this petition to Kameen and the number of people who got “write-ins” and had to be “contacted”. There are over 160 of all! How much did this screw up cost the county? What is the law firm of Klemeyer, Bernathy and Farley making on taxpayer money because of messed up elections, auditors they don’t want to pay, and federal whistle blower lawsuits? [By the way, the word out of the Administration Building is that the appeal against the auditors will be handled by a white shoe Philadelphia law firm. Probably around $350/hour. At least they are starting to understand that Tom Farley is . . . oh never mind.] If Kameen decides that he doesn’t have jurisdiction, that means that at least 7 people who should be on the ballot in November probably won’t be, and it will be due to sheer incompetence.

I think we would all welcome a response from Ms. Goldsack. As DOE, she should have been the one responsible for putting these writeins in the Results Book. But if this turns out to be all Harry’s fault, it would be nice to hear. I’m still hoping to hear how he and Rich are fault over her husband’s petition. When will THEY speak on that?

The BOE did not allow Director of Elections Yolanda Goldsack go to the orginal certification and were not present themselves when all these mistakes took place when they should have been preciding in their official capacity.

Therefore this mess is Harry Forbes’ mess and not Yolanda’s and I expect we will hear the Goldsacks comment on this before too long.

Wasn’t it just a few weeks ago that Rich Caridi and Harry Forbes were singing Yolanda Goldsack’s praises? They should both resign.
