Doris M. Mantione, age 81, of Huguenot, N.Y., passed away Thursday November 29, 2009 at Port Jervis, N,Y.  She was born on September 15, 1928 in Enfield, Conn., the daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Stone Gabba.  Doris was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Port Jervis, N.Y. and was an avid bowler.  She married Domenic Mantione, who survives at home. Doris is also survived by her sister, Margaret Amoruso of Cromwell, Conn.; two bothers,  Raymond Gabba of Kingsville, Texas, and Albert  Stone of  of San Fernando, Calif.; and several  cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday November 4, 2009 at St. Mary’s Church, 46 Ball St, Port Jervis, with Rev. George Hafeman officiating. Interment took place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Jervis.  Arrangements were by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E.
